TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY In the Research and Development Centre, there should be a unit for transfer of latest technology to farmers’ fields, which should have a mobile van with Audio-Visual Aids and facility for arranging Farmers’ Field Days, Seminars and publication of suitable literature on latest sugarcane production technology for the benefit of the cane growers. A list of equipment/instruments required for these laboratories along with Farm Machinery for farm is given below. The scientific manpower required to run these laboratories is also mentioned.
